About Me

Ashley Clinton was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. From a young age, Ashley had dreams of becoming a professional storyteller. This interest in theatre was fostered and nurtured in her younger years by singing in the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio, and later, the world of musical theatre was introduced to her at the Magik Theatre’s Camp ShowBiz. After these early encounters with performing, Ashley was hooked. Ashley attended the pre-college program at The North East School of the Arts at LEE High School to deepen her understanding of her craft. There, Ashley’s love of theatre solidified as she was challenged daily by her peers and mentors to grow in her craft. Following her high school graduation, Ashley pursued additional training at The University of Memphis, from which she obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre in the Summer of 2021. Ashley’s other interests outside of theatre include attending live music events, going on road trips, meditation, and breathwork.
